1. Let’s start out this week with an interesting post by Anne R. Allen on Rogue Characters and how they can be The Secret to Compelling Fiction.

2. Here’s some advice for If You Ever Feel Bad About Your Writing by B. L. Teague: Watch a B-Movie.

3. Check out this post by Derek Haines with 15 Common Self-Publishing Problems And How You Can Avoid Them.

4. Victoria Griffin has an interesting post on character development: Be Your Character’s Therapist.

5. Finally, if you’re looking for some books to finish off your summer, be sure to check out 6 Books with Memorably Twisted Characters by Anna Pitoniak at BookBub.
