Five Links Friday 9/7/18

September 7, 2018 By: Jason Bougger

The best articles I read about writing this week

Hey, we’re back with another edition of Five Links Friday: The best articles about writing I read this week. Hope you enjoy!

1. Let’s start with something a bit out of the ordinary. Here are 400+ Words to Describe Hands by Kathy Steinemann.

2. Here’s a post on editing by Victoria Mixon, with a look at the difference between developmental & substantive editing.

3. All writers need to make time to read. Here is a post on Why Writers Need to Be Readers by Michael Sahno.

4. Here’s an article by Susan Wittig Albert on leaving traditional publishing to self-publish: Write, Market, Repeat.

5. Let’s close out this week with a post for those you writers on the go. Here is a list of The Best Mobile Apps for Writers by Tom Corson-Knowles at TCK Publishing.

That does it for the return of Five Links Friday. Hope you had a great writing week so far, and also have a great weekend.
